How to appeal if your migrant domestic worker's Work Permit renewal is refused

Before submitting an appeal, check the “non-renewal letter” to see why your helper is not eligible for the Work Permit renewal. 

Use the following relevant online form to submit your appeal and supporting documents, if any:

• For employer of helper or person (e.g., family member) authorised by the employer
• For employment agent

It takes about 3 weeks to process the appeal, depending on the complexity of the case.

Note: Submit your appeal early. Priority will not be given to a helper whose Work Permit is expiring or has expired. There will be an overstaying fine (up to $500) if your helper does not have a valid pass to remain in Singapore.
